We are seeking a talented Inbound International Sales and Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales and customer support inquiries from our international customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales and customer support inquiries from international customers via phone, email, and chat
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
