Job Title: Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and accessible
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
