  • Handling billing to customers


  • Compiling coaches payment


  • Checking Staff Expenses claims


  • Preparing payment of vendor invoices, coaches payments and other payments


  • Attending to calls to the office telephone line


  • Assist Finance Manager in bookkeeping tasks


  • Data Entry into Xero


  • Matching of documents & photocopy of Documents


  • All other assigned admin duties


Job Requirements


  • GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent


Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in partial sets of accounts. However, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply


Meticulous, Proactive, Team Player


Well versed with Microsoft Office


Willing to work in Ubi/Tai Seng Area
