- Timeous response to external and internal client requests.
- PA Duties (department): Taking Messages & typing of documents
- PA Duties (Partners): managing diaries, completion of timesheets & organizing travel arrangements
- Recommending or introducing another BDO professional or service line (i.e. a referral to BDO Wealth for employee benefits).
- Liaison between client/supervisor/manager/AD and partners
- Ensures the department adheres to admin procedures
- Assistance with coordination of departmental training and meeting events
- Responsible for timeous minutes of management meetings
- Administration: Assistance provided to department to meet deadlines as required; performing of administration in accordance with acceptable company standards.
- Prepare own working files for review

Essential:
- Grade 12
- 2 to 3 years admin experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
