  • Timeous response to external and internal client requests.
  • PA Duties (department): Taking Messages & typing of documents
  • PA Duties (Partners): managing diaries, completion of timesheets & organizing travel arrangements
  • Recommending or introducing another BDO professional or service line (i.e. a referral to BDO Wealth for employee benefits).
  • Liaison between client/supervisor/manager/AD and partners
  • Ensures the department adheres to admin procedures
  • Assistance with coordination of departmental training and meeting events
  • Responsible for timeous minutes of management meetings
  • Administration: Assistance provided to department to meet deadlines as required; performing of administration in accordance with acceptable company standards.
  • Prepare own working files for review

Essential:

  • Grade 12
  • 2 to 3 years admin experience
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
