This position requires strong organizational skills, digital expertise, intrinsic design abilities, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential. An online portfolio of work is required. Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the designers and other team members to identify editing needs
2. Work on editing images on a white background as well as lifestyle images for e-commerce marketplaces
3. Design product infographics for social media, websites, and online marketplaces
4. Review images, edit, and make necessary changes & manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality as per set SOPs
5. Create cutouts, dodging, burning, and frequency separation
6. Deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment
7. Work on being a team player and come up with improvement ideas for the direct report and improve the editing/QA process
8. Liaise with designers, photographers, and other team members and advise on future projects
9. Stay up to date with new image editing technologies/software
10. Ensures adherence to style guide and branding

4. Educational qualification of bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

7. Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary
8. Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, verbal and written skills
9. An online portfolio demonstrating strong visual editing skills

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
