Facades Order Processor
Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire – On site
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (45-minute lunch break)

RCM, part of the Benx Group, are a major supplier of building boards and facade solutions. Due to company growth, we now have an excellent opportunity for a Façade Order Processor to join our team. Previous experience in an order processing/sales administration type role is required.
Responsibilities will include;
· Facades order processing – inputting orders and updating to reflect changes.
· Liaising with internal departments and customers
· Customer service administration
· Communicating with customers over the phone and via email
· Generating correspondence and maintaining records and spreadsheets.
· General administrative duties, as necessary to support the wider Façades team
The Candidate
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written
· The ability to work to demanding deadlines and manage conflicting demands and various tasks simultaneously
· A keen eye for detail
· Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel
· Excellent administration skills
· The ability to deal with customer queries/complaints in a diplomatic manner
