Job Description:
The Training Officer is responsible for designing and implementing various technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs for the supermarket segment of Robinsons Retail Group.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science, or its equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fit and healthy to represent the "i love Wellness" brand
- Good in oral and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
