As one of Cape Breton’s most dynamic companies the NCL Group is seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of their traffic control measures, for both NCL and Municipal Ready Mix.
We are seeking a passionate, customer focused and self-motivated individual who is a team player, can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment and values safety as their number one priority.
Leading a team of approximately 60, the successful candidate must have an appetite to work extended hours; planning jobs, dispatching, managing accounts, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, team building, working with project managers and developing new processes & procedures to grow the business.
Experience with traffic control design and logistics is an asset. Strong computer skills are valued.
