Our client is presenting a unique opportunity to someone who is either an experienced Strata Manager, or who's had exposure to the industry and wants to learn strata management.

Duties
Sadly bidding farewell to a highly-valued Strata Manager who has been with the team for over 12 years, this role will see you taking over an incredibly well-managed portfolio of residential (85%) and commercial strata plans that you will autonomously manage after a thorough handover or training (if required):
- Day to day management of your portfolio
- Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes (with your Admin support)
- Repairs, remedial and defect works coordination
- Ensuring annual safety and insurances (with Insurance support)
- Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence (with Compliance support)
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Allocating work and overseeing a shared Assistant
We are able to consider anyone with Real Estate experience: Strata, Holiday Letting, Holiday Manager, Building Manager etc who wants to learn, but those with hands-on Strata Management experience will be viewed with preference
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations
- A current Strata Certificate or Strata License (or willing to upgrade from a Real Estate Certificate / License)
- Strong administration skills
- Be a team player, with a strong work ethic
- Professional, welcoming and supportive team
- 9 day fortnight
- Open to WFH (on a hybrid model based on experience)
