A concept cafe and clothing store in Canggu is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Assistant (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard
- Comply with customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs and accurately describe product features and benefits
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Do upsell to increase the sales
- Take photos and upload to Instagram and tag customers
- Answer customers' questions
- Elevate customer complaints to the manager
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
- Fluent written and spoken in English
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Outstanding upselling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- An outgoing and a social butterfly attitude
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
Benefits:
- 3.5 million as a basic salary
- Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
