REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric plus Min 5 years experience in Office Administration
  • Computer Literate with Pastel experience

    Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans written and spoken
  • Must have own transport
  • Experience supporting a sales team dealing with customers efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-tasking.

DUTIES
  • Capturing of purchase orders
  • Invoicing and credit notes
  • Daily dealing with clients requirements
  • Troubleshooting where needed
  • Working alongside the Sales Manager
  • Managing new accounts for Customers
  • Managing all admin task required for the general office and management
  • Banking
  • Manage the filing systems
  • Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as financial reports when needed
  • Daily updating of database for clients
Salary: R10 000 - 15 000 dependent on experience
