Your Management Trainee Journey:
As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a 12-week intensive training program designed to nurture and develop future leaders in our company's major business functions. Throughout the training, you will be guided through a personalized learning development journey in which you will receive ongoing professional advice that will empower you to navigate your way up to the level of manager and director with the help of personal mentorship.
Learning:

For professional development and career advancement in the financial services, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided on a continuous basis.
These courses are tailored to provide you with in-depth business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.
A series of mandatory programs will be required of you, including a complete business induction and other regional development programs.
