We have a vacant position in Copenhagen as Business Development Manager and are welcoming interested candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience in either consulting services or complex sales roles. We focus here on the Products client group, spanning industries like Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial Equipment, Automotive, and Travel with clients being recognised as leaders in their industries. We experience strong growth and a high demand for our services. You will be part of our Sales Development Program where you will get the opportunity to grow into the ‘Next Generation Sales in Accenture’. Along with that you will be part of a sales team of very dedicated and senior professionals, working hard to ensure our leading role in the market. The role will report to the Sales Lead for Products Nordic.

As Business Development Manager your main working areas will be:- Work together with the team to craft outstanding value propositions and solutions to client needs.
- Actively participate in crafting win strategies and proposal storylines; facilitate work sessions and write executive summaries and proposal responses.
- Participate in developing the proposal plan and co-lead the projects, together with value leads, solution leads, and financial analysts, to shape competitive financial propositions, meeting both client cases and internal financial goals.
- Act as direct contact to the client’s procurement manager, facilitating a smooth proposal process and ensuring that client expectations are met.
- Handle Accenture internal processes including required review and approval processes, to facilitate timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
- Work actively with Opportunity Centric Marketing and Creative Services to build proposal and other client specific marketing materials and presentations.
- Become a subject matter expert on crafting proposals, supporting bid teams, and continuously developing general guidelines and processes.

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in Danish and English.
- Master or Bachelor degree in science or business.
