To co-ordinate Twin’s homestay accommodation offering accurately within all policies as stated by all ROI and EU regulatory bodies. Recruit and manage homestay accommodation, ensuring high quality and service are always achieved. Implement systems and processes to streamline the booking procedures for both internal and external customers. Implement systems and manage a quality survey monitoring all homestay accommodations and regular reporting. To achieve a wider database throughout Ireland.

SALARY: €30000 ANNUALLY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Continual review and assessment of all homestay accommodation, including new host visits and revisits.
Manage all data in one central system giving access to all interested parties.
Build long term loyal relationships with all homestay providers.
Recruit new homestay providers in line with set targets.
Place Twin students with homestay providers to ensure all students receive accommodation details within agreed deadlines.
Deliver a timely efficient service and build excellent working relationships with all internal customers.
Review and introduce all current documentation to ensure all details are clear and concise and of a professional appearance.
Monitor and record all feedback regarding Homestay accommodation.
Report regularly on this feedback.
Introduce a loyalty and high performance scheme.
Support and organize efficiently the transfers for students from and to their destinations.
Process travel card requirements in a timely manner, dealing with suppliers and customers efficiently. From ordering, collecting, delivering and reporting the costs.
Reply to all enquiries regarding accommodation from clients and from families.
